Vision

I will cultivate an alliance between the museum I work for and society, especially the people of Indiana. Through exhibit design, I will be recognized for my strengths in a range of different circumstances and my ability to adapt quickly to various conditions and situations.
Values:

Equity Diversity & Inclusion: I work to understand and remove barriers that prevent underrepresented groups from participating in museums and encourage them to be active contributors. I emphasize their importance as a part of the community.

Creativity: I strive toward innovation in order to boost the quality and success of all exhibits.

Respect: I practice respect by considering different points of view, listening to others’ ideas, and incorporating them into my work.

Collaboration: Museums are an integral part of societies that demonstrate the history and culture of communities. As such, I work to foster partnerships between community organizations, the commonwealth of Indiana, and local museums.".
